Join us as we venture into the Bhagavad Gita. During the first class we will be establishing the foundation of this series by forming an understanding of the history, the setting, the context, and purpose of the Gita. For the following classes, chapters will be assigned to read so we can gather and discuss in depth by gaining insight through perspective of others. Along with the assigned chapters there will be provided worksheets, that are entirely optional, to touch on the main points of the Gita. Whether you are looking to learn a new concept within the world of Yoga or deepen your spiritual practice, the Gita serves as a handbook for self realization while living in the world.
