Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation, stress-reduction and self-healing. Reiki takes a natural, non-invasive approach that is simple and is led by a trained practitioner by placing hands on or near the receiver’s body. This promotes health through mental, emotional and physical balance of one’s life force energy. If one’s life force energy is low, we are more likely to get sick and feel stress; if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
