Therapeutic Yoga for Weight Management

This lifestyle approach to weight management shifts our mindset from a focus on weight and calorie counting to a focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Using the Comprehensive Yoga Therapy process, Mary Beth will educate and empower you to make clinically proven, healthful choices about nutrition and weight management and finding the right balance for you.

Benefits of therapeutic yoga for weight management include making mindful food choices, improved body confidence to reduce self-judgement and increased movement resulting in weight loss, increased flexibility and more energy and strength.

We offer private sessions by appointment.

We welcome children ages 12-15 to all of our classes when accompanied by an adult. Teens 16 and older are welcome to attend by themselves, but a parent or guardian must fill out a waiver in advance. We cannot allow anyone under the age of 18 to attend a class without a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
