Yoga Nidra + Sound: Rest & Refresh

As you settle into comfort, you’ll first be guided through a soothing Yoga Nidra practice—a state of conscious rest that invites you to hover between wakefulness and sleep. Here, the body deeply relaxes while the mind softens, creating space for intention, healing, and inner awareness.

From this place of stillness, waves of soothing sound—crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding vibrations—will wash over you, supporting your journey even deeper into rest. Each tone becomes an opening, a subtle unfolding, like petals responding to the morning light.

This experience is an invitation to let go of what feels heavy and reconnect with your natural state of ease. In this space, there is nothing to do, nowhere to go—only to receive.

Allow yourself to drift into a meditative rest where restoration happens effortlessly. As the session comes to a close, you’ll be gently guided back, feeling lighter, clearer, and renewed—like a beautiful flower rising, open and radiant.

No prior experience is needed. Bring extra blankets and pillows to create a cozy space for your journey.

We welcome children ages 12-15 to all of our classes when accompanied by an adult. Teens 16 and older are welcome to attend by themselves, but a parent or guardian must fill out a waiver in advance. We cannot allow anyone under the age of 18 to attend a class without a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
